Mexico Community Work
In Mexico, we have worked closely together with different orphanages and other institutions to allow our employees to participate in different support campaigns.
Axiem has partnered with several orphanages in Mexico, the Red Cross of Mexico, and an organization for abandoned children. Our employees are able to get involved in these community projects and participate in our various campaigns. This builds even stronger team bonds, trust and camaraderie.
-In 2012, Axiem started an annual food and personal supplies drive for Casa Maria Goretti.
-In 2013, Axiem collaborated with the Red Cross of Mexico to support hurricane victims.
-In 2017, Axiem set up a special snack shop in our Mexico office. All profits go to support Casa Hogar La Algeria de Los Ninos, an organization specializing in supporting children that have suffered neglect, abandonment, or domestic violence. We have donated over 30 mattresses to their facility, all from our employee’s purchases.
-In 2020 and 2021, the world was hit with the COVID 19 pandemic. We continued our support of both children’s orphanages and Axiem staff members really went the extra mile to ensure they still received the same monetary contributions. We hosted a staff raffle drawing at Christmas time and all the proceeds raised in the auction went to the children, along with some much loved bicycles and a large screen TV for their facility among many other practical supplies!
